DPD

When your order is dispatched by us, you will receive 1 automated email from BE Teamwear, then more automated emails from DPD to keep you up to date of the progress of the delivery. If you have not received your package within 3 days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email from BE Teamwear, please get in touch with us to trace the package with DPD. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to refund you for your lost goods, as per DPD's terms & conditions.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their email address has been entered correctly to ensure that all communications regarding their order are delivered successfully. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that these essential messages are not being delivered to their junk/spam folders; in general, if you received your order confirmation email(s) successfully you should receive all subsequent communications from us successfully. We cannot be held responsible for any email we send being redirected to your spam/junk folders, so please check them periodically.

We recommend that all customers download and use the DPD app to receive notifications about their deliveries, set up redeliveries, safe spaces, etc.
